SALES TAX | We collect sales tax in different provinces according to provincial and federal regulations. Each province has its own rules and procedures for collecting sales tax.
ORDER FEES | To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will receive a refund for that item (see Back Orders below) and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. While we carefully check all orders prior to entries, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information such as credit card addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATIONS | Make sure to check it twice! Once the order has been placed, we have 30 minutes to attempt to modify or cancel the order during our working hours from Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from Saturday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We may be able to take an order outside of the 30 minutes. So please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to attempt an adjustment of any kind. Note that outside of our customer experience opening hours, we will not be able to stop / modify / cancel orders. IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENTER THE PROMOTIONAL CODE WHEN THE ORDER IS FULFILLED. THERE WILL BE NO MODIFICATION IF AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND A PROMOTIONAL CODE WAS FORGOTTEN WHEN THE ORDER IS FULFILLED.
BACKORDERS / PRE-ORDER | Sometimes an item is so popular that it quickly gets grabbed. Other times, we lovingly put the finishing touches on it. In any case, you can still place your order and we promise to send it to you as soon as possible; If it is out of stock for more than three weeks, we may issue a refund (except for items with a longer pre-order date). We know that when you like something, you go OMG-can’t wait-to-get it. We appreciate your patience and enthusiasm.
COVID-19 | Our hearts are with everything that has been affected by COVID-19. At JudyDesign, we do our part to keep our team, our clients and our community safe. Please understand that we may experience small delays in processing orders, but we will do our best to take care of you and to dispatch all orders within our standard 5-7 business day time frame. SHIPPING | We ship via Purolator or Canada Post to give you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number confirming that your order is on the way.
Estimated transit times are shown when you order, these are transit estimates once the item is SHIPPED and leaves our Delson, QC showroom. This is NOT an expedited service, only an estimate of how long it will take for the package to reach you once it has been dispatched.
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 5-7 business days of ordering.
PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages, but will work with you to correct this.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS | Delivery of international orders varies by country but takes an average of 5 to 12 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note that we cannot control customs delays and although it is rare, packages can often take 3 to 5 weeks to be delivered to international destinations. We ship directly to ALL countries. If your country is not in the list, please let us know.
RIGHTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | We do not control the country specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government (outside of Canada). Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are imposed on your package by officials, the charges will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally required by border agencies to show the original price of any item purchased.
DELIVERY | We ship to the address given in the order confirmation. Any package returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will receive a refund less the original shipping cost. Take a look or two and double check your address is correct before ordering.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + PROMOTIONAL CODES | We will occasionally host flash sales, because who doesn’t like fun sales? Because our sales are only temporary and not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor price adjustments for orders placed outside of 24 hours. If you purchased the item within this time frame, we are happy to issue you a store credit for the price adjustment. Coupon codes must be entered at time of purchase, no adjustment will be made if a code is not entered at time of purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES | If something in your order doesn’t work, no problem! We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. We know that finding the right fit can be difficult sometimes, so we provide easy returns to make it easy for you to explore our store with confidence. You will find in your order a return slip for the post. We accept returns in new condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is at your expense. Once we collect your items, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days, usually much faster, and you will receive a confirmation email. For exchanges …Please note that not all sale items are eligible for refund or store credit. (See list below) We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage or are final sale items.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS | We offer easy returns to our international customers! You have 30 days from the date of delivery. Please verify before shipping that the item is not a final sale. No final sale item is eligible for a refund or store credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage or are final sale items. All international returns must be sent back to us at the address below. You must include your order number on the inside and outside of the package, the reason for the return, and record the tracking information in case it is needed. Once we collect your items, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days, usually much faster.
FINAL SALE ITEMS | Final sale items are not eligible for return and refund. Final sale items include:
- Monthly boxes
- Face cover
- All accessories
- All items in the “Outlet” section
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition for replacement. Any damage resulting from cutting the package with scissors, improper washing and / or cutting of the clothes will unfortunately not be replaced.By purchasing from this site, you agree to our policies.
